Ext Kits Cockcroft Walton Multiplier (Electronic Van De Graaff) Kit

A 175mm tall, high voltage generator that will achieve 30,000 to 40,000 volts of "static" electricity. With no mechanical parts. The Cockcroft Walton Multiplier is a safe, current limited high voltage generator for home lab or classroom. It is capable of providing the high voltage for all the experiments that can be done with the 150mm Van De Graaff, but as there is no reliance on triboelectric charging it does not require the low humidity and scrupulous cleanliness and so removes many of the problems associated with traditional Van de Graffs. Unusually for a Cockcroft Walton Multiplier the high voltage is delivered to a small Van de Graaff dome to ease its use with experiments intended for a classic VDG
